Dear Ted:

I would like to take this occasion to let you know that the estate of John Lenoard Robbins has been successfully liquidated and disbursed to the rightful heirs. I am now reviewing and evaluating the process and am happy to conclude that all has gone well.

Please let me thank you and your staff again for a great Job, well done. We could not be more pleased with your work in selling, by auction, collectables, furniture, other contents and real-estate. Your marketing strategy was good, your consulting guidance to us as sellers was great and your fees were fair and reasonable. It was a pleasure working with Linda on the details and we appreciated Roger's skills as an auctioneer.
